Big hype, little substance

While the location is perfect for exploring the vibrant area, my stay was marred by noise and outdated facilities. The room was basic, clean, but lacked essential comforts like AC unless you paid extra. Customer service varied. some staff were helpful, while others left much to be desired. Affordable but not ideal for a restful stay.

The room lacked a view, with windows looking directly into an indoor area that made it noisy in the mornings when staff began their work. WiFi connectivity was spotty, only accessible in specific corners, and there was no hair dryer available, which could be an inconvenience for longer stays. The absence of elevators means dealing with stairs, which might not be ideal for everyone, especially on hotter days.

It was just a strong match for a day tour in Puerto Vallarta with good value for cost. The balcony with trees nearby attracted all sorts of beautiful birds. If you enjoy cobblestone streets, this is a perfect spot.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The staff helped me find a lost item my first stay, which I appreciate. Highly recommend for a cozy experience!
